8 Our Proposed VRS Scheme Eligibility –Employee Category  Only full-time employees –Age  Minimum 40 years of age –Minimum Work Experience  10 years min work experience with the company –Beneficiary of Previous Schemes(If Any) Scheme Duration –6 months from Date of Commencement

9 Compensation Computation:(Gujarat Pattern) – Assumptions:  32 years of service completed  3 years of service remain – Salary for One day:  Rs. 7000 (Basic) + Rs. 2500 (D.A) = Rs. 9500/-  Rs. 9500/26 days = Rs. 365.38/- (One day’s salary) NOTE: For computation of one day’s salary 26 days a month is taken.

10  PART – 1 For Service Period Completed: 32 Yrs. X 35 days X Rs. 365.38 = Rs. 4,09,225/- For Remaining Service Period: 3 years X 25days X Rs. 365.38 = Rs. 27,403/- Total Amount Payable: Rs. 409225.60 + Rs. 27403.50 = Rs. 4,36,629/-  PART – 2 Total Amount For Remaining Services: (Default Pattern) 36 months X Rs. 9500 = Rs. 3,42,000/- NOTE : Lower amount among Part 1 and 2 will be considered Hence, Net Amount Payable: =Rs.3,42,000 + PF + Gratuity + Acc. Leave
