Why a 6TAP In the early days of IPv6 production service it will be difficult to find native IPv6 peering points establishing, measuring and documenting good peering, registry and route serving procedures is best done from the start the 6TAP will enable both the above as the STAR TAP is a very widely used common peering point for all RENs, and it will be easier to establish peerings

11. Weve decided to deploy 12.0 IPv6 cisco code, which is more interesting than staying with the limited 11.3 based code.
