6 Soooooo, how do you build job satisfaction? Give your staff opportunities to take the lead on a project. Provide opportunities to develop new skills and put them to use. Have your “old” staff mentor the new. Allow your staff to have “control” of their environment. © Dr. Maggie McGuire 2011

Stay Positive –Reframe your reactions to situations. –Look at the bright side- even when it is not always there. –Admit your mistakes and learn from them. –Use your mistakes to brainstorm more positive solutions. –Be supportive and grateful for your staff. © Dr. Maggie McGuire 2011
