1 Development of special generators of low-temperature plasma for ecological and biomedical applications. Research and Educational Center on Basic Problems of Applications of Low Temperature Plasma Physics http://plasma.karelia.ru/CRDF, Ministry of Education of RF, Government of Karelia Investigation of characteristics of microplasma sources with needle anode. Investigation of characteristics of microplasmatron stream generated in discharge with needle anode. Research of integral and local properties of the plasma air flow generated by the extra small plasma generator..

2 Research and Educational Center on Basic Problems of Applications of Low Temperature Plasma Physics http://plasma.karelia.ru/CRDF, Ministry of Education of RF, Government of Karelia Object of research – special form of glow discharge with small anode. It is interesting that in certain conditions (radius of needle, gas pressure and discharge current) plasma localizes on the end of the needle. The scale of microplasma source – tenths of millimeter. Experimental devices of three types were created, initial investigations shown their workability were carried out. Development of special generators of low-temperature plasma for ecological and biomedical applications.
