Revelation 3: 7 “To the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: These are the words of him who is holy and true, who holds the key of David.

What he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open. 8 I know your deeds. See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut. I know that you have little strength, yet you have kept my word and have not denied my name.

Consider the doors that God has opened for you over the years.

The open doors are not always big things but they are opportunities for life and kingdom impact

Jesus uses us to open doors for others too.

God opens doors in tough times to reveal Himself

1 Corinthians 16: 8 But I will stay on at Ephesus until Pentecost, 9 because a great door for effective work has opened to me, and there are many who oppose me

Open doors often involve opposition… they do not mean plain sailing

Pray for the persecuted church…pray for strength, guidance, wisdom and that they know His presence Also pray for God to open doors there for His kingdom to grow.

The big door opens to our eternal destiny. Jesus holds the key to that door

John 11:25-26 Jesus said to her (Martha), “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; 26 and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?”
