REP Name Search using single character (example – R) results in list of REPs starts with that letter. Note: Some of the problems reported by users are because they are using the name shown on their bill which could be a different brand or Doing Business As (DBA) entity name. The criteria needs to be further improved to include all relevant names in the selection list.

There is currently no option to renew an existing Energy Data Agreement. The proposed solution is to provide the ability within SMT to renew the Energy Data Agreement prior to the initial agreement expiration, for a period no longer than 12 months at one time. Prior to expiration of 1 year agreement, SMT will send an notification email to agreement owner for extension of the agreement. From portal end owner can extend agreement’s expiration period.

However, if the dates are set too far apart (i.e., outside the maximum allowed date range), an Order ID is generated instead of displaying the report in the current page. If you select a start and end date range up to 40 days and select 'Update Report', you will be able to view the usage on the screen. If you select a date range of more than 40 days and select 'Update Report', a.csv report will be emailed to you.
