This keeps the new hire motivated and engaged and quickly assimilates he or she into the corporate and team culture. This enables the idividual to be more productive faster.

The new hire program focuses on the individual and the team that he or she will be working with. The program emphasizes transparent communication, conflict resolution, change management, and the development of innovative thinking and leadership.

The Conscious Dynamics new hire integration program increases job satisfaction and performance. This results in a reduction of turnover and increased employ retention. The byproduct of this is a reduction in recruitment costs.
