3 Survey Questions Challenge is to cover the The survey contains comment fields and three types of questions:  Rating questions for the ACSI and EOSDIS models  Non-modeled rating questions  Demographic questions A series of questions are asked for each of the 5 elements of the EOSDIS model:  Product search  Product satisfaction  Delivery  Product quality  Customer support CFI’s methodology quantifiably measures and links satisfaction levels to performance and prioritizes actions for improvement.

10 ESDIS Outreach Main message: We have data and tools to use the data NASA EOS and other Earth system science data - managed, archived, and distributed by the EOSDIS data centers  Target the Earth science community  Increase number of new users  Promote interdisciplinary use by existing users Larger message: Significance of NASA Earth science data  Attract the commercial and applications community  Excite educators and students  Interest the general public Communicate the availability, accessibility, sources, and the value of NASA’s contributions in Earth system science research by highlighting NASA EOS data information, data products, data resources and data handling tools Purpose: Tell people about us (EOSDIS)!
