13 What are these Victory bonds? To raise money, Canada issued Victory Bonds. These bonds would help pay for the war. After the war they could cash in their bonds and get their money back with interest. Along with the Victory Bonds some new taxes were introduce to help pay for the war. 1)The Corporate tax 2)Income Tax *Both are still paid today
