8. Homework (25%) Plays a vital and pivotal role in each student’s success in class. Assigned daily for reinforcement and/or extension of newly learned material. Randomly collected each week and graded on effort and completion.

9. Quizzes (25%) A quiz can be expected each week. It may be announced or unannounced and is based on recent homework assignments. Vocabulary lists or flash cards are required.

10. Tests and Projects (25%) At least one unit test each quarter. At least one quarter project. Projects will be based on Roman culture, pop culture, and Latin grammar.
