3. Business start up plan requirements BANK ACCOUNT: – Certificate of Incorporation – Notices – By Laws – Director’s proof of address, two forms of ID and a utility bill. – Projected Financials.

Business start up plan requirements TAXATION: – Apply for company BIR file number at the board of Inland Revenue. – Registration Covers: PAYE, Health Surcharge, Corporation Tax. – Vat: Register at the BIR office; registration can be done before trading begins, providing the company has a contract. – NIS: Register at the National Insurance Board.
