5. Education  Education for sustainable development is an alternative to traditional education and its implementation violates the following question before educators:  how we are responsible for understanding the problems of sustainable development in society?  how to apply and use the positive experience of implementing sustainable development?  the extent to which we teach sustainable approaches to development of our pupils, students and trainees?  how research aimed at solving the problems of sustainable development?  how to simulate effectively the treatment of nature in terms of sustainable consumption and recovery of ecosystems?  the way we promote the idea of sustainable development in the community, among which we live?  how important our personal contribution to sustainable development?

6. Science  Sustainable development requires the definition of long-term prospects, taking into account in the development implications of global change on local and regional levels and the use of currently available the most reliable scientific knowledge. Need to continuously re-evaluate the development process in light of the results of scientific research to ensure that resource use has less impact on the Earth system. Even so, the future is uncertain, and may have unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, the reliability of environmental management and policy development process must be scientifically sound, with must always have a number of alternatives in order to ensure a flexible response. It is important to apply the precautionary approach. Often there is insufficient reliable communication between scientists, policy makers and the general public, whose interests are expressed by government and nongovernmental organizations. Need to improve communication between scientists, policy makers and the general public.

Policy  The central authorities put forward the conditions within which integrating education for sustainable development in all spheres of society and should be directly involved in performing the following tasks:  Develop concepts, strategies, policies and sustainable development programs in the country, working with all sectors of society;  Development of National Programme of Education for Sustainable Development;  identification of indicators for monitoring implementation of education for sustainable development;  facilitate the exchange of information between different sectors of society to practice and experience implementing education for sustainable development;  stimulate public awareness on education for sustainable development;  integration of education for sustainable development in the editorial policy of media;  assistance in establishing training programs in education for sustainable development for teachers, while important to use the experience of NGOs;  identification of areas of scientific research on education for sustainable development and support research projects in this area;  disseminating information about the environment and its impact on the health of every person that will choose weighted consumption patterns.

8. Summary  Sustainable development awareness formed as the result of education will provide importance and urgency of all problems concerning rival balance between needs of today and future generations interests. Third component of the model is policy as the plan of actions to implement all the ideas formed in process of scientific research to provide sustainable development in region.  Summing up, it should be noted that the proposed model of social development in harmony with and complements the economic and ecological concepts of the theory of sustainable development. It is also important to emphasize that the above model should be a recurring character, because without it all this leveling effect.
