7 HRLOB Provider Activities
May - June HRLOB/OPM will solicit responses for the 2015 Provider Assessment August 4 - 5, Bi-Annual SSCAC meeting scheduled in Washington, DC. HRLOB/OPM invites members from each Shared Service Center to participate along with members of various organizations Responded to numerous data calls from OPM on various topics (e.g., HRLOB Strategic Framework Review; Provider Service Function Inventory; Representatives for SASPI and Payroll Data Standards Workgroup; and Congressional Data Call on Pay Stub Copies Mailed to Federal Employees) Participated in monthly calls with OPM and other SSCs Participating in the 2015 Provider Assessment Working Group to improve future assessment processes Working with HRLOB to encourage more agency participation with the 2015 Assessment None

FY15 Process Improvements - Build a Proof of Concept to automate access provisioning - Automate additional PPS Security Access Reports for ASOs to certify access provisioned FY16 Process Improvements - Tools for development of web applications to automate entry and editing of access requests - Restructure Role Based Security Implementation. Tentative dates of each agency is being identified - Implement an automated access provisioning tool April Completed Process Improvement - Maintaining an average request processing time at 5 days - Processed 3,280 total number of requests from Dec 2014 to April 2015 - Processed 143 total expedited access requests from Dec 2014 to April 2015 - Processed a total of 1,921 security trouble tickets (e.g., ASO inquiries) Conducting assessment for automated access management Fully implement federation two-factor authentication with non-USDA NFC customers to strengthen system and application authentication Configuring and testing tools that allow development of web applications to automate entry/editing of access requests Restructuring the project schedule for Role Based Access Implementation.
