EMS Complaints for 2010 Family called and complained about their family members glasses being broken after gurney tipped over. –Resolved at staff level Family member complained about a medic crew forcing entry into a family members home due to a lifeline call. Medic crew found a patient screaming inside, tried to find way in and entered by dislodging an AC unit from a window. Medic crew wasn’t advised by dispatch that family was enroute with a key. It was estimated that the patient had been laying on floor for a day or two. –Resolved at staff level
