If not, why? If so, what was the result? Which initiatives are most successful? How can we replicate the successes, discontinue less productive?

20 Impact Study – Key Findings Illinois Credit Union League Annual Meeting April 18, 2015 20 CUs $1 million to $10 million in assets experienced greatest impact. Consulting service had the highest impact of our services. The impact was most significant for small, low-income credit unions. Grants most effective on LIDs between $1 million to $10 million. Low-income CUs (LIDs) benefit more than non-LID CUs. Minority CUs benefit at the same rate as all credit unions. New credit unions benefit from all categories of services.
