9 Copyright 2013 National Business Coalition on Health “Advanced” State Pilots  NBCH support for 3 coalitions (the Minnesota Health Action Group and 2 in TN) to explore implementation of DPP with State (as an employer) and others  Both states have:  Identified pilot market  Gained senior leadership approval  Explored vendors to support implementation  Engaged team to address challenges  Adopted model to conduct DPP “on-site” initially  Significant learnings about implementation will be released by Summer 2013
