Quality Education for a Healthier Scotland Changing Context in NES Review and organisational change / restructuring: Digital Services Knowledge into Action Delineation and separation of these areas; establishing new relationships between them. Aim - greater coherence, strategic and operational coordination across digital and KM “silos” in NES. Future shape of services and future plans still to be defined. Transitional arrangement while reorganisation underway. Commitment to sustainability and “no detriment” to current services while new service model is developed.
