Participating countries: Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and the ASEAN Secretariat Geared to decision makers, Access is semi public & registered users

ReFOP is developing its system with the Dublin Core as meta data standard ReFOP is using XML as the Mark Up language ReFOP is eager to adopt a controlled vocabulary for metadata elements developed by GFIS, when it is available.
