9 WHAT IS NEEDED TO GET STARTED?
OneSite Document Management Lease Packet Setup Select Who Should Sign Each Form Need to have OneSite Document Management Need to have lease packets set up Need to select what household types and countersigners are required to sign forms Lets dive into some of these a little deeper… © 2015 REALPAGE, INC. ALL TRADEMARKS ARE THE PROPERTY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.

10 PACKET SETUP Electronic signature is available to sign lease documents within packets Multiple packet options are available to customize to your business processes Move-in Renewals Transfers Mid-term changes Recertification Move-out Documents that need to be signed must be in a packet. These packets are made up of forms produced from OneSite. These forms are gathered and sent through to DocuSign to have signers sign their documents. © 2015 REALPAGE, INC. ALL TRADEMARKS ARE THE PROPERTY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.

11 FORM SETUP – THE WHO AND THE WHERE
There are two options when defining the signatures for a form: Automatic placement at the end of the form Specific locations within a form Select which household status need to sign each form This can vary by form Select the household status that you require signatures from on the Left and then if you would like to have countersignatures, select the role on the Right. Keep in mind, specifically for countersignatures, that each box selected will be required. So don’t select property manager and leasing agent if you don’t need both signatures. I recommend selecting the role e-doc signer (shown here) and assigning that role to anyone at the property that would be eligible to countersign. © 2015 REALPAGE, INC. ALL TRADEMARKS ARE THE PROPERTY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.

12 FORM SETUP – THE WHO AND THE WHERE
For automatic placement at the end of the form, no further action is necessary once the roles of who needs to sign have been selected This is the only option available for Blue Moon forms For specific locations within a form, more customization will be needed Forms are customized once at a template level at the PMC Anchor tags are placed in the Word document to let DocuSign know the “who and the where” for each location Tags are simple, unique text strings that allow for form to be dynamic Blue Moon forms are virtual forms passed to us that we can not modify. We are able to place electronic signature at the bottom of the form, and allow for signatures at the bottom of each page but we won’t be able to customize these forms for signatures in specific locations. You don’t need to re-push the form or packet when adding who needs to sign Talk about: Client have come to us before saying that they didn’t want to place signatures for the “who and the where” every time they needed to send documents to sign. Often times their forms didn’t appear correctly if they tried to set up a template where the signature locations could move. This happens when you have forms with varying content that could shift where the signature line appears – like a table or a repeater merge field Image Source: Google Images: youtube.com and Gilson.com © 2015 REALPAGE, INC.
