4 4. May the board go into closed session to discuss relations with the county? NO Closed sessions: Personnel Attorney/client Criminal investigation Property purchase/lease

5 5. Must you allow the reporter to record the meeting? YES 6. Do you have to allow the citizen to speak? NO

6 7. Does the board have to compile the lists requested by the reporter? NO 8. Are the emails and texts public records? IT DEPENDS

7 9. Does the board have to keep minutes of the closed session? YES 10. Are the manager’s personnel records open to the public? EGGHH!!
