Special Education Requirements District must adhere to the caseload requirements of rule 160-4-7-.14. Special education classroom must contain 38 square feet per student. District must adhere to the rules for paraprofessionals as part of the class requirements of rule 160-4-7-.14. Districts must continue to provide a free appropriate public education to all students eligible for special education services under IDEA. 12
