4. Activity 2 Split into groups of Four You can see that pupils from both schools have ‘moved on’ since the bullying incident. The questions below will help us to examine this ‘transformation’: 1.What did the schools do to resolve the bullying situation? 2.How were the pupils involved in this process? 3.What was achieved by their actions?

5. What Happens in Our Community? Where do pupils with a learning disability in our community go to school? How often do you meet young people with a learning disability? Thinking about our school – what opportunities do you have to meet young people with a learning disability?

7. What have we learned over the last few weeks? We are all the same and each of us is different A learning disability is only a difference People with a learning disability may need extra help to do things but are entitled to (or can live) as good a life as anyone else.

8. What have we learned over the last few weeks? People with a learning disability have a right to be safe wherever they are – it is a crime to bully someone because of their disability. Doing things together is a good way to break down barriers and get to know and understand life from another’s person perspective.
