6 Ways Ways to Get More Men Involved Encourage male volunteers and work study students to consider teaching as a career Ask men staff to recruit other men Attend high schools and colleges job fairs Involve parents in the recruitment process Advertise the need for male teachers

7 For the sake of the children, be open-minded, men also play an important role in the lives of children
