3. Career He started his career as a Shakespearean actor in Canada in 1954. He also starred in several Canadian TV shows and movies as well as other TV roles in the US and Britain.

4. Star Trek William Shatner played the role of James Tiberius Kirk captain of the Starship Enterprise. The show ran from 1966-69. In 1973 he did the voice of captain Kirk in the animated series.

5. More Star Trek In 1979 the cast of Star Trek got together to make the first ever Star Trek movie They made six movies and they made a Star Trek game based on the movies called Starfleet Academy.

6. 70’s He starred in many different films in the 70’s some were great and some were better forgotten. Many fans believe his worst work was the movie The Horror at 37,000 Feet. He was also in the movie Mission: Impossible.
