Work done for the ASEAN CEPT Form D Proof-Of-Concept Alignment of ASEAN CEPT Form D to UN Layout Key Definition of national data requirement and mapping to global semantic standard Mapping of ASEAN CEPT Form D to the UNeDocs Data Model Generation of UNeDocs XML Structure for the ASEAN CEPT Form D Development of an UNeDocs Interactive PDF Document (optional step)

Alignment to UNLK ASEAN CEPT Form D is aligned to UNLK Implemented important international standards  Code lists – UN/LOCODE  ISO Codes  UN/TDED

CEPT Form D (Sample)

Definition of national data requirement & mapping to global semantic standard Definition of national data requirement for import / export process Submission to a focal point in ASEAN Secretariat for consolidation Mapped against the UN/TDED and WCO Data Set

Comparative Matrix ASEAN Information Parameters Mapping to WCO 2.0 DatasetMapping to ThailandMapping to Philippines 3Total number of packages141: Type of packages identification 146: Total number of packages 7370/7065: Amount and kind of package 7370: No. of packages 7065: Type of packages for - cargo type - package type - packaging material 4Country and/or region of exportation/whence consigned (country of destination) 062: Country of exportation, coded 201: Place whence consigned 202: Place whence consigned, coded 3221: Place of export

Mapping to UNeDocs Data Model Mapped each box in CEPT Form D to a structure in UNeDocs CoO data model All boxes in CEPT Form D were mapped to UNeDocs CoO data model Result : simplified UNeDocs data model of the CEPT Form D that is fully mapped to the paper form

Sample – UNeDocs data model mapping to ASEAN CEPT Form D

Generation of UNeDocs XML Structure for ASEAN CEPT Form D Expert team used EDIFIX to transform Simplified UNeDocs data model for CEPT Form D into XML structure based on UN/CEFACT Naming and Design Rules (DNR) Result : UNeDocs XML Schema for CEPT Form D Through interfaces, the UNeDocs CEPT Form D document is integrated directly into PH & TH Customs processing for G2G business data exchange

Sample CEPT Form D XML Schema

Development of UNeDocs Interactive PDF Document (Optional steps) Implemented UNeDocs CEPT Form D using UN Toolkit in combination with Adobe Interactive PDF  Use UN Toolkit to create CEPT Form D as Interactive PDF form  Map Interactive PDF to UNeDocs CEPT Form D XML Schema  Apply digital signatures to UNeDocs CEPT Form D
