2 Budget Heading 04.03.03.01 Industrial Relations and Social dialogue Objectives: Objectives: to support measures and initiatives related to the adaptation of social dialogue to changes in employment and work and related challenges, such as: to support measures and initiatives related to the adaptation of social dialogue to changes in employment and work and related challenges, such as:  Addressing modernisation of the labour market,  quality of work,  anticipation, preparation and management of change and restructuring,  flexicurity,  skills, mobility and migration,  youth employment, contributions to the health and safety strategy,  reconciliation of work and family life, gender equality,  action in the field of anti-discrimination, active ageing, active inclusion and decent work.

4 Project’s topics –Forms and incentives for the employability of younger work in the social dialogue, training modules, cooperation with the youth forum –The reconciliation of work and family (working hours flexibility and childhood services); –Form of worker participation in the company management (organizational models that encourage the participation of workers in the dynamics of non- conflicting and participatory company management, and a reward system tied to the company productivity, including non-economic types); –Health and safety at work (incentives, funds and other supporting measures) : good practices on third party violence at sectoral and multisectoral level –Occupability and stabilization of workers (incentives, funds and other supporting measures, projects on skill needs)
