2. Physical Features
There are wetlands where alligators, flamingos and mosquitoes live. It is mostly warm throughout the year. The Mississippi River, Appalachian Mountain and the Costal Plains are in the Southeast.

3. Economy
They have jobs in the tourism industry, in amusement parks, mining, trading, manufacturing, agriculture, and historical sites. These jobs are located in areas such as Charleston, South Carolina and Savannah, Georgia.

4. People
The first people to live in the Southeast were the Native Americans. The Europeans began to arrive in the 1700s, some people from Africa were brought against there will to work on farms. People still move here from near by Haiti, Cuba, Jamaica, and the Dominican republic, but also from countries in Asia and Mexico.

5. Kentucky is an awesome place to camp
Kentucky is an awesome place to camp. You can see Abraham Lincoln’s birth place because he was born in Kentucky. You can also find out about the history of the Civil War. There is also the Kentucky Derby. You can find a lot of adventure in Kentucky.

6. Camping Destination
You can swim in the swimming pool at the camp site. You can also play mini-golf there. There is boating, fishing, and hiking to anybody who’s interested.
