1  starter activity Your teacher will give you a set of key words. Place these face down on the table and take a word at a time. Try to define the word for your group without actually saying it. The first student to guess the word, wins it. The student with the most key words at the end wins.  Can you categorise the key words into topic areas, e.g. war, revolutions etc?
