4. Activity: Using creative thinking prompts, change three things about your character to get rid of cliché and make them even more interesting Assessment: All learners feedback to the group, all learners and tutor give each other ideas on how to give the character that ‘wow’ factor Reflection & Recording: Learners make brief notes on the feedback discussed, stating what they will do next to improve their character even more and the main things learned from the lesson

Can be done in one lesson, in a segment of a lesson, in half an hour Recording can be simple and rapid, saving work not making work With insight into the subject and being clear what we want learners to learn, they can be given advice on how to develop, easily and effectivel y Equalities and diversity can enhance the subject and be a resource
