4 Page 34 Graph Create your graph for your diameter and circumference data. Don’t forget labels, a title, and appropriate intervals on both axes

6 Line of Best Fit What is a line of best fit? A line on a scatterplot showing the general direction that a group of points seem to be heading. There should be equal numbers of data points on either side of the line.

12 Slope Slope is the steepness of a graph line. It is the ratio of the vertical change (the rise or change in y) to the horizontal change (the run or change in x). The equation for finding slope is m = (y 2 -y 1 )/(x 2 -x 1 ).
