Galatians 6:7- 9 7 Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. 8 The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction; the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.

9 Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Galatians 6:7- 9

7 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, this he will also reap. 8 For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. 9 Let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary. ( Galatians 6:7- 9 )

You will reap what you sow, it’s a law.

Paul wasn’t the first to say it... Matthew 13:24-30 27 “The slaves of the landowner came and said to him, ‘Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? How then does it have tares?’ 28 “And he said to them, ‘An enemy has done this!’ ( 27-28a )

For they sow the wind and they reap the whirlwind. ( Hosea 8:7 a ) eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot ( Exodus 21:24 )

Then God said, “Let the earth sprout vegetation, plants yielding seed, and fruit trees on the earth bearing fruit after their kind with seed in them”; and it was so. ( Genesis 1:11 ) The principle of sowing and reaping is as old as life itself. What you sow is what you reap.

“Do not be deceived, God cannot be mocked.” Is it possible for us to be deceived?

Five Important Lessons:

1. Wise Sowers Sow With The Harvest In Mind. Farmers never sow just for the fun of it. Should our lives be any different?

2. You Will Reap What You Sow. We are sowing seed right now and bringing in a harvest from our past. There are two times of harvest: NOW ETERNITY

3. You Harvest More Than You Sow. No farmer expects to harvest only the amount he sows.

Aren’t you glad the principle works both ways?

4. You Reap Later Than You Sow. No farmer takes a harvest basket with him while he plants and covers the seed!

5. Even Innocent People Reap A Harvest From The Seed We Sow. Adam Our homes dishonesty & greed love, joy & peace.

Paul said, “Do not be deceived.” Are you pulling the wool over God’s eyes? Can you live according to the world and still inherit heaven?

GOOD NEWS! Your past can be forgiven! You can begin to plant for a great harvest today!

With Jesus your future is one full of HOPE!
