3. Who are we and how do we work? UNAIDS - Health and Development Africa (HDA) Focus on Short Term TS : 3800 consultant days provided per year by TSFSA in areas of planning and management, approx 200 assignments per year Respond to demand – partner ownership is key Funded and unfunded requests Pre-empt and assist in planning key TS, and targeted capacity development to respond to partner priorities Large database of regional and international consultants, and South-South networks Emphasis on quality assurance in TS and using regional resources effectively
