9. You have been asked by the British government to prepare a report on Hitler’s state of mind. Your mission: The year is 1937. The British government has requested your expertise regarding the mental state of Adolf Hitler. Based on information that has come into your possession, your report should indicate whether you believe Hitler is sane or not. In your notebook: You are to create an “official” letterhead for your report. This information is top secret and should only be read by those that you list somewhere in your document.
