Rompetrol perspectives on short term Investment plans for 2010 are 240 million USD for capabilities development Increasing the processing capacity of Petromidia refinery by approximately 25%, up to 5 million tons of raw material; from 2011 Petromidia will refine exclusively oil made by KazMunayGaz. Becoming one of the main suppliers and producers of polymers in the region; extending the capacity of the high density polyethylene installation (HDPE) with over 70% until March 2011 (approximately 18 millions USD). Consolidating the energy bridge between Kazakhstan and Europe, between crude oil resources from the East and the markets of the West, ensuring a constant supply in order to meet consumers demand for EU standard products.
