Non-core business Services Companies The activity carried out by service companies represents an important contribution to the development of the Rompetrol Group and the increase in the efficiency of its operations, as well as a profitable alternative for external companies. Ecomaster has technical capabilities and experience gathered in 7 years of activity on industrial ecology services market. Ecomaster became the first and unique supplier of integrated services on the market of services for the management of hazardous wastes.

7 7 Rompetrol Quality Control has 6 modern laboratories that offer specialized quality and environmental testing services to TRG companies, as well as to an even greater number of other important clients. Palplast - produces a complete range of high-density polyethylene pipes and fittings. Non-core business

8 Rompetrol perspectives on short term Investment plans for 2010 are 240 million USD for capabilities development Increasing the processing capacity of Petromidia refinery by approximately 25%, up to 5 million tons of raw material; from 2011 Petromidia will refine exclusively oil made by KazMunayGaz. Becoming one of the main suppliers and producers of polymers in the region; extending the capacity of the high density polyethylene installation (HDPE) with over 70% until March 2011 (approximately 18 millions USD). Consolidating the energy bridge between Kazakhstan and Europe, between crude oil resources from the East and the markets of the West, ensuring a constant supply in order to meet consumers demand for EU standard products.
