4. History > Founded in 1999, under the name AEE (Automation Electro Engineering), AME RO is a company for constructions and electrical services, the major stockholder being Hopferwieser International GmbH from Austria. Since 2007, the structure modified and current state is: AME Holding GmbH took over 80% of the actions, and the rest of 20% of the actions remain to the two managers, Cristian Ionescu (10%) and Iuliu Chis (10%). In 2008, AME Ro took over from Hopferwieser International GmbH the companies Sebastians Trading (trading company) and Sebastian Produktions (ventilation channels production). Beginning with smaller projects, in 2000, our company developed constantly from one year to the other, and today, with its team of almost 40 collaborators, it may perform annual sales of more than 7 million Euro.

5. Products strategy > We offer the following services categories: Electro-technique (low and hy voltaje ) MSR systems – Building Management Heating Cooling Ventilation Sanitary Watering systems and hydrants ( VDS, FM, and Ro Normes ) Of complete planning for HVAC and electrichal solutions Of maintenance and services (currently for the projects performed by us)
