E-Mail Body Body: the message of the memo --usually contains a request for action --sentences should be kept short and to the point --intermix short and longer sentences --avoid very long sentence when possible --include a desired action and a deadline for completion

E-Mail Signature Signature: the name and contact information of the sender. --a user interface for the creation of an electronic signature that automatically attaches to the end of every message. --include contact information: name, title, phone and fax numbers and a snail-mail address --additional email address

Do not use All CAPS, which is considered shouting, or all lowercase Do not spam readers with unnecessary information, jokes or frivolous material—it is not professional and may be a company violation and could be terminated.
