As an Industrial & Operations Engineer, Duane has over 15 years experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations including a tenure in Asia helping companies offshore /outsource. Establish a common platform to normalize the processes between and within the different functional groups / organizations / business units. Repeatable, sustainable, and scalable Slice and dice capability at multiple levels of data aggregation Single source of truth Support both top-down and bottoms-up perspectives in the forecasts Establish a connected system / solution from: Financial Plan PLM Bookings Forecasting Operations Demand Planning Plan CM level Demand Planning Closed Loop Reconciliation Expand the process to include / connect both revenue and shipment forecasts

Reduce the effort and cycle time of the current monthly forecast cycle and support S&OP process Consolidate the data into Demantra Minimize manual touches and data manipulation Become data users to drive intelligence rather than data gatherers Replace multiple legacy system and disparate Excel spreadsheet forecasts Establish a baseline solution and platform from which to evolve and grow with the business. Key next steps: Leverage Demantra to enable S&OP even more..(exceptions, collaboration, metrics) Bring “Supply Commits” into Demantra to drive better a better consensus plan as well as S&OP analysis / exceptions. Tune the Statistical Engine
