2. CLICK ONTO THE SHARYLAND WEB PAGE  www.sharylandisd.orgwww.sharylandisd.org  Find and select the Sign-In tab located at top right.

3. SECURITY INFORMATION PAGE This page will ask you if you want to display the non-secure items. Click yes so that you can proceed.

4. SIGN IN PAGE  For this page you need to sign in like you regularly do to get into your desktop computer. Type in your username & password.

5. THE FOR STAFF TAB  Look for the tab that says: For Staff. Hover over the tab and other links will be displayed. Click on the link that says: High School Library Resources. No “For Staff” tab? Submit a work order request.

6. HIGH SCHOOL LIBRARY ONLINE RESOURCES This page will display the Video & DVD Request Form. Click where it says to begin.

7. VIDEO/DVD APPROVAL FORM All DVD/VIDEO requests must be submitted through this form. Fill out the information. The form will automatically be sent to appropriate personnel. Please allow a 24-hour response for items from the library and a week’s response for items from other sources.

8. GENERAL RESPONSE INFORMATION Sample DVD/VIDEO request form Sharyland HS DVDs or videos are automatically approved and will be ready for pickup one school day in advance. DVDs or videos from other sources are sent to an administrator for approval. Teacher is contacted via email.

9. APPROVED DVD/VIDEO REQUEST Copy of the request is put in file.
