2 The Paradigm Shift Globally human society is subjected to too much change in too little time. A paradigm shift in corporate scenario is also being experienced - that is from mechanistic and linear to a more organic and Holistic.

What about cultural, emotional, intellectual interactions, that can bind the villagers together.

Cultures differ greatly in processes, attitudes, and approaches to daily activities – essential activities in the workplace. Communication styles, decision-making styles, attitudes toward conflict, approaches to completing tasks, attitudes toward disclosure, and approaches to knowing also differ.

The newest accepted facet of intelligence, finding a place alongside emotional, interpersonal, and social intelligence. The ability to understand and learn other cultures, and to deal successfully with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
