SENSING (S)--focused primarily on facts and what your five senses and direct experience tell you. Detail oriented. INTUITION (N)--focused primarily on using your imagination and insight to see things in new, creative, innovative, and insightful ways. Big picture focused.

THINKING (T)--base decisions on logical, systematic analysis and "objectivity." FEELING (F)--base decisions on human values & needs, your own subjective moral values, and concern for the interests of others and maintaining harmony.
