2 History of the Stock Exchange of Thailand
In 1969, as recommended by the World Bank, the government acquired the services of Prof. Sidney M. Robbins from Columbia University to study the development channels of the Thai capital market. in May 1974, long-awaited legislation establishing "The Securities Exchange of Thailand" (SET) On April 30, 1975, "The Securities Exchange of Thailand" officially started trading. On January 1, 1991 its name was formally changed to "The Stock Exchange of Thailand" (SET). History of the Stock Exchange of Thailand

6 The SET50 Index and the SET100 Index
the stock prices of the top 50 and 100 listed companies on SET in terms of large market capitalization, high liquidity and compliance with requirements regarding the distribution of shares to minor shareholders. The list of component stocks in the SET50 Index and the SET100 Index are revised every six months The SET HD (SET High Dividend) 30 Index reflects price movements of stocks that have large market capitalization, are consistently traded with high liquidity, and have constantly paid high dividend yields.
