3 What is it? ●Print Lock is the newest, and most trustworthy security system out there ●Uses our customer’s fingerprint to lock and unlock house doors from anywhere ●System comes in keychain, dog tag, or wristband form ●Also includes surveillance cameras in front of each door linked to the system to allow customers to view the door, from a smartphone, that they are unlocking

6 Competition ●Although we are entering a monopoly, there is competition offering similar products ●Xfinity Home Security offers an app on a smartphone that allows one to arm and disarm their security system, turn lights on and off, monitor outside with cameras, change thermostat, and check smoke detectors ●Although this product offers cool and innovative technology, the price runs very high

12 Financing Continued again ●We are asking for $200,000 for exchange of 10% of our business ●To get started, we are each putting in $10,000 of our own money and receiving $20,000 worth of “love money” from our families ●If you choose to be apart of Print Lock, we will have $250,000 total in startup money

13 Marketing ●Social media plays a big role in today’s world ●Our advertising venture will start on social media and quickly grow to television and radio ads ●Television ads will be aired during popular tv shows and sporting events ●Pitching to contractors

14 Operations ●Our business will be set up in a office space and factory combined in downtown Portland. ●We have our own website that allows customers to virtually view each product, and the website goes into detail about what each plan offers. ●We plan to hire engineers and laborers who will build the products, shippers and transporters, installers who will actually put the product in homes, customer service representatives to help customers, and an accountant to help us keep tabs on our budget.

16 Operations continued ●Open Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm ●Website operating 24 hours, and 7 days a week ●Ally Bushman, our CFO, will manage the inventory and finances, but will be assisted by our financial advisor.

17 Operations continued POSSIBLE Pitfalls: ●Possible technological pitfalls will be closely monitored by our engineers. ●On the customer service side, if something goes wrong with our products we will offer a free installation and 6 months free service. ●We aren’t taking out loans, instead we are using cash. Therefore, we do not have to worry about paying loans off and going bankrupt because of loans.
