Appointment of Coal Consultant : Draft RFP document finalized. Environment Management Agreement signed with M/S CEGIS. 1 st Joint Meeting held with DOE. 03.03.2014PROGRESS REPORT-FEB'2014 3 Management Summary Highlights – Progress: Corporate Activities Boundary wall, Slope protection & Additional area filling tender document issued to M/S BDPL. Pre-fabricated Site Office : Technical specification is under finalization Plant / Equipment Insurance Contract awarded to Sadharan Bima Corporation. Accounting software (Tally2) contract awarded & implemented.

Earthen dyke preparation in progress, for slope protection. SEC will accord approval separately.  Coal Sourcing, Supply & Transport Agreement 9 consultants shortlisted for Coal Consultancy.
