2 What is the International Organization for Migration (IOM)? The largest counter human trafficking organization in Ukraine Part of the United Nations Country Team in Ukraine Gives information to people who want to work or study abroad Helps victims of human trafficking

5 Ukrainian Law Article 149. Trafficking in human beings or other illegal agreement on human Trafficking or undertaking other illegal transaction, which is the object of man as well as recruitment, relocation, harboring, transfer or receipt of man committed to operating with use deception, blackmail or vulnerable condition, - shall be punishable imprisonment for a term of three to eight years.
