12 12 Application(2) Structure of HVCT system Structure of HVCT system The system consists of three parts; encoding manager, network manager, decoding manager. The encoding manager: The encoding manager: Process the multimedia data from video camera and microphone and encode the raw data to MPEG4/MP3.The encoded multimedia data is integrated to one stream through the A/V MUX and then passed to network manager.
