4 November 10, 2005TED/TAM 2005 4 Services Develop and maintain transdisciplinary assistive technology teams Assist LEAs in conducting assistive technology evaluations –Suggest appropriate technology to meet IEP goals –Recommend instructional modifications and accommodations

5 November 10, 2005TED/TAM 2005 5 Services Support the development of AT resources within schools –Identify AT needs –Provide professional development in AT –Provide an AT lending library

6 November 10, 2005TED/TAM 2005 6 Technical Assistance Instructor (TAI) Services Assemble an assistive technology evaluation team Collaborate with NET-AT Team Leaders on an assistive technology evaluation and written report Consult with classroom educators Provide the transdisciplinary education team with ideas for incorporating assistive technology into daily instruction. Provide one-on-one instruction/assistance in the use of a device or software to a teacher, teaching assistant, parent, child, or other involved personnel.
