Prayer Helps (1:17-19) “I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened” (Ephesians 1:18). Prayer Enables (3:14-19) “I bow my knees... to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man” (Ephesians 3:14-16). Prayer Persists (6:18-22) “ With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit” (Ephesians 6:18). A)The Place of Prayer in Ephesians

7 “That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him. I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe. These are in accordance with the working of the strength of His might” Ephesians 1:17-19, NASB. “For this reason, I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man; so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fulness of God.” Ephesians 3:14-19, NASB.

But that you also may know about my circumstances, how I am doing, Tychicus, the beloved brother and faithful minister in the Lord, will make everything known to you. And I have sent him to you for this very purpose, so that you may know about us, and that he may comfort your hearts. Peace be to the brethren, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Grace be with all those who love our Lord Jesus Christ with a love incorruptible. Ephesians 6:18-24 ( NASB )

20 What we do reveals what we believe. If I do not pray for my children, it means.... If I do not wholeheartedly pray about my ministry or area of service, then it.... If I try to help a straying individual without soaking it in prayer, then it.... If I think I or others can have a good life without a good prayer life, we are... If I only pray to pass a test but not how.... If I only pray a little for my wife, then it means that I do not care....
