22 Louisiana Safe Routes to School Program Department of Transportation and Development Non-Infrastructure Costs Non-infrastructure cost can cover a wide variety of items such as purchasing materials, equipment, training, etc. These costs should be itemized listing the items, quantities, price, and amounts.
