Neoplasms Lymphoma Carcinoid Hamartoma Solitary metastasis. Inflammatory Infective – granuloma, pneumonia or abscess. Non-infective – rheumatoid arthritis, sarcoid, Wegener’s. Congenital Arteriovenous malformation, pulmonary sequestration. Miscellaneous Pulmonary infarct, rounded atelectasis.
