11 Employment Services Computer Center Employer Outreach program  Collaboration on Feasibility - Provide the business case and proof of concept to the company regarding the viability of employing the disabled.  For companies who have employed the disabled, this program will help companies utilize their full potential by providing information, and through periodic reviews and extra counseling or training on a need basis. 14 Profile of the founders Enable India was founded in 1999 by Ms. Shanti Raghavan (Managing Trustee) and her husband Mr. Dipesh Sutariya (Trustee) Shanti Raghavan holds a B.E Electronics and M.S in Computer Science She has 12 years experience in the software industry. Her work experience includes working in New Jersey, USA at AT&T, Lucent Technologies and ADP Brokerage Information Services Group. She returned to India in 1997. She worked in CyberCash India Pvt Ltd, Tarang Technologies and GE Aircraft Engines IT Bangalore holding positions of Program Manager and Engineering Manager. Dipesh Sutariya holds a Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering (B.E) from V.E.S.I.T, Mumbai University and Masters Degree (M.S) in Computer Science from Monmouth University, NJ. He has 12 years experience in the software industry. His work experience includes working fin New Jersey, USA at Dendrite International. He returned to India in 1997. Thereafter he has been working in Philips Software India Ltd and Dendrite International holding positions of Senior Project Manager and Director.
